Footwear for Law Enforcement Trainers
Updated: Apr 24, 2019
Traveling around, teaching law enforcement seminars, departments usually rent out a high school wrestling room or a martial arts facility where participants can’t wear shoes. If you don’t want to look like a dork, with a bunch of officers running around barefoot, check out Elite Sports Foot-grips.
They keep you from exchanging foot fungus with the officers, provide a level of protection for your toes, and give you traction when shooting for a takedown. The Elite Sports Foot-grips are especially helpful when I'm being cheap and flying with just a backpack (yes, I refuse to pay for check-in luggage). I jam flip-flops, running shoes, and my everyday wear shoe in the backpack; I don't want to have to carry a pair of wrestling shoes. The Elite Sports Foot-grips fold up like socks and I can stick them in the side pocket of my backpack.
